Oh what fun you'll have! What will you do with the kitchen then (which countertops, sink, etc.)? Looks like current/previous owners have kept it well and done good maintenance/upkeep.

Cheri - I think I want a beadboard backsplash, undermount sink, and maybe soapstone counters. But I have no idea what that would cost, so I reserve the right to change my mind. :-)

I can't wait to see the journey into this century, with some style! Our house was similar, lots more paneling and wallpaper but good bones so it was easy to update!
